Ron Tite
Purpose-Driven Leadership and Marketing Expert
An entrepreneur, bestselling author, and producer, Ron Tite has always blurred the lines between art and commerce. He’s an award-winning advertising writer and creative director who has worked with some of the world’s most respected brands, including Google, Intel, Microsoft, Volvo, Walmart, and many others. A globally in-demand speaker, Tite speaks to leading organizations about purpose, creativity, disruption, and leadership, infusing each of his presentations with his unique perspective and humour.
Tite is the founder and chief creative officer of Church+State, an agency that unifies content and advertising. His work has been recognized by The London International Advertising Awards, The New York Festivals of Advertising, The Crystals, The Extras, The Canadian Marketing Association, and The Marketing Awards, to name a few. Tite is also the host and executive producer of the hit podcast, The Coup, which won “Outstanding Business Series” from the Canadian Podcast Awards and NY Festivals.
Named one of the “Top 10 Creative Canadians” by Marketing Magazine, Tite has written for television; wrote, produced, and performed a hit play; created a branded art gallery; published an award-winning comedy book; and was the executive producer and host of the award- winning comedy show, Monkey Toast, for five years. Most recently, Tite was the executive producer of the documentary film, Fresh Water.
Tite is the author of two bestselling books: Everyone’s an Artist — Or At Least They Should Be, co-written with Scott Kavanaugh and Christopher Novais, and Think Do Say: How to Seize Attention and Build Trust in a Busy, Busy World. He is currently writing his third book, titled The Purpose of Purpose, to be released in 2025.
Katherine Judge
Senior Economist at CIBC
Senior Economist at CIBC from our Capital Market, having joined the Economics group in 2018. She forecasts and provides insightful commentary of economic data, from both North American and global perspectives. She regularly publishes analyses on a wide range of topics that impact financial markets including the outlook for interest rates, inflation, labour markets, and GDP growth.
Prior to joining CIBC, Katherine worked in a similar role at another major Canadian bank where she produced topical research on Canada and the US. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University and an undergrad in Economics from McGill University.

INITI8 2024 brought the INITIA family together at the Vancouver Convention Centre, on October 19th, for a day focused on accelerating business growth. Realtors and guests gathered to connect, learn, and celebrate, guided by industry-leading speakers like Jonathan Yu, Darrell Kopke, Jamie Banfield, Darian Kovacs, Pablo Martinez, Josh Cudmore, and Irma Deacon.
