FOUNDER & BROKER, INITIA REAL ESTATE
Jonathan Yu is the visionary behind INITIA Real Estate, where he serves as both founder and dedicated broker. Introduced to real estate at a young age, Jonathan’s early fascination with the industry led him to become a Realtor in 2010. While he quickly found success, he also saw firsthand the real challenges and barriers agents face. These experiences fueled his passion to create meaningful change.
In 2016, Jonathan launched INITIA Real Estate with a clear mission: to simplify fees, eliminate hidden costs, and deliver unmatched support for agents at every stage of their careers. His goal was to empower Realtors to keep more of their earnings, invest in their own brands, and access the essential training and guidance needed for long-term success-all within a supportive, collaborative community.
Jonathan’s leadership is defined by genuine care and a hands-on approach. Known for his mentorship and unwavering support, he is deeply invested in every agent’s journey, ensuring transactions run smoothly and providing guidance whenever it’s needed.
