After reaching the cap, agents keep 100% of their commissions, with no hidden or monthly fees.
Are there any monthly desk, franchise, or hidden fees?
No. INITIA offers a zero monthly fee model with no franchise or desk fees of any kind. Agents pay only per transaction, allowing them to keep more of their earnings and eliminating ongoing costs found at many other brokerages.
