INITIA is proud to support the next generation of real estate professionals with a $1,000 scholarship for Humber Polytechnic learners.
This scholarship is designed to recognize and support your continuing learning achievements while you complete the Real Estate Salesperson Program and prepare to launch your career.
Who is eligible?
- Current learners enrolled in the Humber Polytechnic Real Estate Salesperson Program
- Learners in good academic standing (per Humber’s standards)

INITIA is proud to participate as a guest speaker in the Professional Edge: Guest Speaker Series, hosted by Humber Polytechnic for learners in the Real Estate Salesperson Program.
In this 45-minute webinar followed by Q&A, the INITIA leaders will share practical insights drawn from their experience in today’s evolving real estate industry, helping new and aspiring agents understand how to build a strong and sustainable foundation for their careers.
