Right from my first interview with Initia, and still to this day, I’ve always felt that the brokerage supports the growth of my business and my brand. The Initia brokerage and community truly make me feel inspired and set up to succeed as a professional in the real estate business — not just as a number to a brokerage. This has helped me envision bigger business plans for myself, as well as see how I can help other agents within the brokerage. What moment in your career taught you the most about resilience or reinvention? The simple fact is that being a Realtor is a career where you “get what you give.” If you’re not putting in the work, your income is $0. If you’re not educating your clients and truly improving their lives, they won’t recommend you. If you’re not nurturing your leads or past clients, they’ll disappear. It can be a lot of work if you don’t have clear goals and systems in place.I’m always happy to be a sounding board for fellow Realtors to discuss their goals, systems, and any questions about properties, client care, or best offer practices. What motivates you personally to invest your time and energy into helping others succeed? I want to help others succeed because I was new once too. I remember being in a position where I felt embarrassed or hesitant to ask questions — when I shouldn’t have, because it was all new to me. I hope that I come across as approachable and relatable, so that Realtors feel comfortable asking me any type of question, and we can all succeed together. Share: More Posts Book A Consult
